Common Questions
How much does it cost?
The discovery call is completely free. After that, naturopathic consults start at $130/follow-up, dietitian visits at $100/follow-up, and psychotherapy at $180/session. Most of these are covered by extended health care benefit plans — we'll help you check your coverage before you commit.
What happens on the discovery call?
It's a 15-minute video call where we learn about your symptoms, answer your questions, and determine if our team is the right fit. There's no cost and no obligation — it's simply a conversation to see if we can help.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly. Many of our patients are referred by their family doctor or specialist, but it's not required.
Which provinces do you serve?
We currently serve patients in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. We're expanding to Saskatchewan and Manitoba soon.
Does virtual care really work for IBS?
IBS management is primarily about dietary changes, stress management, and targeted supplementation — all of which can be delivered through virtual care. Our team uses evidence-based protocols with the added convenience of care from home. 81% of our patients return for ongoing care.
How is this different from seeing my family doctor?
Our clinic was founded by gastroenterologists, and every treatment protocol is informed by their GI training. You get a dedicated team — naturopathic doctor, dietitian, psychotherapist — all coordinating around your IBS care. Your family doctor remains an important part of your overall health, and we're happy to collaborate with them.
